Jay Z Tidal stage performance

Jay-Z puts his Blueprint albums back on Apple Music

Jay-Z‘s Blueprint albums are back on Apple Music for streaming, after removing them and making them only exclusive on Tidal. What happened?

After buying over Tidal a few years back, the rapper pulled his music from all streaming services except his own in order to drive fans to that platform, meaning that fans couldn’t listen to his songs without getting a new subscription.

Smart move, abi?

But now, it is back on Apple Music. And critics are citing that the brand war between Apple Music and Jay-Z’s Tidal might be over with Jay-Z accepting defeat. ☹
